The Great Speaker is an art work developed involving traditional and new media to critisize what is happening currently, trying to place the viewer in a thought-provoking ambience and addressing them with the view point of questioning the base of the social and political system, pointing particularly the role that are playing our politicians. The project is developed to be presented in the XV Contemporary Art Meetings of Alicante (EAC), 2013, and it is composed by a couple of big balloned heads painted in two plates of 1.30 x 1 meter, facing each other, on which when the audience gets into the room, a game of sensors activate the projections and the sound of an incomprehensible speech.

In this video I have experienced the possibilities of augmented reality systems based on video capturing. This was the basis for the project "Aumentando Realidades", developed for the Contemporary Art Festival "Desfuncion 2009" in Pontevedra, Galicia, hosted by the University of Vigo.
